Precautions before purchase
(1) We cannot accept characters that are different from your style, such as cute characters.
(2) We cannot make masks that resemble characters for which someone else has the rights. The client will be responsible for any compensation for the masks he/she requests.
(3) Cancellation during the process is not allowed. (4) Advance payment is non-refundable. If we are unable to create the mask, we will certainly return the advance payment.
(4) The head type will be made from the basic base. We may not be able to accommodate certain breeds of dogs because of their very different face shapes.
(5)Please be careful if you have a pacemaker or medical equipment because the hair, hat detachable adapter, and small fan use magnetic force.
(6)We do not make full suits (body, legs, and arms) because they are designed to be worn as a half-animal type that can be used casually.
(7)Because the mask is made in an environment where dogs are present, there is a possibility that hair may be mixed in, so please be aware of this before purchasing if you have any allergies.
(8) The mask has a narrow field of vision and is not designed to be worn while moving around. Please be aware of your surroundings when wearing it, and please do so at your own risk.
(9)Since everything is done by hand from the mold, there is no symmetry or precision as in molding, but please understand in advance that it is the taste of handmade work.

(10)The internal specification structure of the mask and its accessories may not be published, shared, or reproduced in any form, including photographs, text, or diagrams. Reproduction of mask molds and accessories is prohibited.

Repair (regarding home return)
Defects within 1 month after delivery
We will repair it free of charge. (The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.)
Defects after that
Repair will be charged. (The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.)
Jaw removal: 3,000 yen
Ear removal: 5,000 yen
Tooth removal: 3,000 yen
Removal of an eye…10,000 yen
Spring replacement … 2000 yen (you can do it by yourself)
Fan installation (5,000 yen including the fan itself), possible to replace by yourself
All consumable parts such as springs, fans, and the head adjustment system are designed to be easily replaced by yourself.
We will teach you the parts so that you can do it by yourself.
Repainting…estimate
We will provide you with an estimate for parts remanufacturing, not parts removal.
