How to Order

(1) Click on order@wanko-kobe.com to open your e-mail software.
(2) Attach a photo of the dog you wish to request (front, right side, left side, straight back, straight up, close-up of eyes, ears and nose)
(3) Other requests
Please send us an email with the following information.

※Please note that we may not be able to produce a dog breed that differs from the shape of the head base.
If you have many requests, we will start from the head base.

appointed day of delivery

2 months from the start of order (payment) (depends on the contents of the order and the number of orders)
※It may be accelerated.

Order Flow

1. receive order details (desired photos, etc.)
↓
2. meeting to confirm order details
↓
3. remit 50% of the order amount and start production
↓
4. progress report and consultation
↓
5. check the finished product with photos and videos, and if it is OK, remit the remaining amount
↓
6. send after confirmation of remittance
